The IT Intern will install hardware & software in the Bandit Facilities. Troubleshoot, diagnose & repair computers, security camera systems, printers, access control & network issues. Learn proper techniques for network installation & troubleshooting. Help document IT procedures.
Job Responsibilities And Requirements

- Understands, abides by, and instills the philosophy, policies, and procedures of Bandit Lites.
- Troubleshooting user issues
- Assisting with system updates
- Learning IT infrastructure (Cloud, Security, Gates, Wifi, Servers)
- Pull, terminate and test new network cables
- Install network cameras
- Troubleshoot / install access control system components
- Documenting procedures
- Other duties as assigned.
