They are expanding rapidly and seeking a dynamic IT leader to drive technology innovation and operational excellence.
Position Summary
The VP of IT will lead the company’s technology organization, overseeing Enterprise Applications, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and AI/IT support services. This executive role is responsible for shaping IT strategy, driving digital transformation, and ensuring technology enables business growth and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate has proven success in AI adoption, ROI-driven initiatives, and cloud-first strategies, with a strong record of leadership in complex, global, technology-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage global IT teams across Enterprise Applications, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and IT support.
- Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with corporate goals and business growth.
- Drive AI adoption initiatives to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Implement cloud-first solutions and ensure scalable, secure, cost-effective IT infrastructure.
- Oversee technology investments and initiatives, ensuring measurable ROI.
- Establish IT policies, governance, and standards to maintain compliance and security.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify technology opportunities that accelerate innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Executive IT Leadership: Minimum 10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership, ideally in Life Sciences, Software, or Services.
- AI & Innovation: Proven success in AI adoption and driving measurable outcomes that improve productivity and business results.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Extensive experience with cloud-first strategies, cloud migrations, and cloud-native architectures; managing internal and client-hosted environments as well as physical data center operations.
- Technology Expertise: Strong knowledge of Enterprise Applications, Cybersecurity, and IT Infrastructure; demonstrated ability to implement technology initiatives that deliver ROI and business impact.
