Education/Experience
- Minimum Required:
- A graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing
- Preferred:
- Previous clinical experience in a hospital setting
License/Certification
- Minimum Required:
- Current New York State Practical Nurse License
- CPR Certification within 3 months of hire

Work Environment
- Work is performed in resident care areas which require working in proximity to other employees and residents. Rooms are air conditioned and heated.
- Frequent walking, standing, bending and lifting.
