Position Details
* Full-time: 40 hours per week
* Schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off - specific off days may vary depending on business needs and team scheduling.
* Weekend availability required (Saturdays & Sundays)

Key Responsibilities
* Verify customer information, process rental reservations accurately and fulfill rental car reservations efficiently.
* Answer incoming calls at the counter and address customer questions or concerns.
* Offer and sell insurance coverages, additional services and upgrade requests.
* Process payments and security deposits via different POS systems.
* Provide excellent customer service at the counter.
* Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
* Occasionally assist with preparing vehicles for customer pick-up.
* Occasionally run small and quick errands as needed (tire shop, body shop, etc).
* Maintain an organized workspace while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

* Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Familiarity with Windows, IOS systems and basic administrative procedures.
* Strong negotiation skills to upsell services while maintaining customer satisfaction.
* Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and handling challenging or emotionally charged situations with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements
* Must be fully bilingual (Spanish and English)
* GED or High School Diploma.
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
* Completely fluent in Spanish and English is required.
* Must be 25 years of age or older.
* Insurance or Rental Car experience and knowledge is a plus but not required.
* At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
