Hybrid Event & Call Center Representative – $17/hr + Demo / Commission

This is a HYBRID ROLE — you will be working both events AND in the call center.

💰 Pay & Schedule
$17 per hour + Demo / Commission
Work Days: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
Occasional Friday event setup
4-day work week
📍 Job Responsibilities (Both Required)
Staff home improvement events and retail locations
Sign homeowners up for FREE in-home estimates or our Home Makeover Sweepstakes
Schedule in-home appointments for multiple product lines:
Windows & Doors
Kitchens
Baths & Showers
Work in our call center making follow-up calls
Work your own leads generated from events
No selling required — all in-home estimates are handled by our professional sales team
🎓 Training & Experience
Mandatory 2-week paid training
Training covers events and call center
No experience necessary — we train you our way
High-quality products — product knowledge is important, but you are not closing deals
🔑 Requirements
Valid driver’s license (required)
Comfortable speaking with homeowners in person and over the phone
Reliable, motivated, and goal-oriented
