EXPERIENCED Maintenance worker needed to help small team — Maintenance & Renovation on multiple rental properties (apartments) near downtown St.Pete.

Position is available for instant start, and the satisfactory applicant will be considered self employed during an initial trial period.
The work is flexible, although you should expect Approx. 8 hrs per day (40 hrs. per week).
We pay $24 / hour.
You must have Your Own Transport (this is Non-Negotiable) as there are different work locations (all close together, however).
AS you will be dealing with the public ENGLISH IS REQUIRED!
Must be capable of unsupervised work as well as with small team.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (See Following list):
• Painting
• Lifting, Carrying, Cleaning (there is a lot of this!)
• Basic Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Drywall
• And Anything Else which comes up in the normal course of building maintenance.
• Note: We expect Proper Workmanship!
