DescriptionAs a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for Moore's digital ecosystem including social media, website management, email/Pardot automation, paid media, and analytics. This role blends brand-building and traditional digital marketing with demand generation - driving a consistent, high-performing digital presence that supports awareness, engagement, and qualified leads. You will be a key member of the marketing team, contributing to the overall vision and goals of the department.
This full-time, salaried position is a remote role.

Your Impact:
- Maintain and update websites, including new pages, landing pages, forms, integrations with back-end systems, UX improvements, and analytics.
- Manage social channels, working with our content team and within our content calendar for posting, engagement, and analytics.
- Create and deploy paid digital advertising campaigns, including social, search, and programmatic advertising. Monitor lead flow, qualification, and handoff to the sales team.
- Lead search engine and generative AI optimization efforts, including on-page optimization, keyword review, performance tracking, and content suggestion and optimization.
- Build and deploy email campaigns, newsletters, and nurture programs in Pardot, as well as setting up and executing automated email communications.
- Manage online audiences, including segmentation, data hygiene, scoring, and lead routing in partnership with internal teams and sometimes external partners.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams on assets for ads, landing pages, and social.
- Track and report performance across web, social, email, and paid channels, including ROI, cost per lead, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness. Use data to improve future campaigns.
- Build basic dashboards in Salesforce, Pardot, and GA4.
- Recommend and execute optimizations to improve conversion rates at each stage. Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, pipeline growth).
- Work with product marketing on go-to-market campaigns and product launches
