Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, document organization, and email correspondence.
Coordinate virtual meetings, prepare reports, and maintain digital records.
Assist with internal communication, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Oversee data entry, maintain company databases, and ensure records are up to date.
Process invoices, track expenses, and support basic financial administration.
Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices for efficiency.
Provide administrative support to leadership as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Experience handling confidential information with discretion.

Experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
Experience working remotely or in a distributed team environment is preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, executive assistance, or bookkeeping is a plus.
Working Hours
Full-time position (40 hours per week).
Flexible working hours, but availability during core business hours is required.
Occasional virtual meetings based on different time zones.
