About the Role

We are looking for an Entry-Level IT Assistant to support our beauty retail store operations. This position is mainly responsible for POS data entry, basic Excel work, website product uploads, and general computer tasks.

You will be working across our 4 retail store locations, supporting store managers with data entry and system updates. This role does not require an IT degree—anyone comfortable with basic Excel and computer work can apply. If you are interested in the beauty industry and want to learn how a retail/wholesale system operates, this is an excellent place to start.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform POS data entry and update product information as needed

· Visit and support 4 retail store locations (travel required)

· Assist with receiving products and entering data into the system

· Support basic Excel tasks (inventory lists, pricing updates, product sheets)

· Upload and update products on the company website

· Assist with promotions, product updates, and online catalog maintenance

· Occasionally visit headquarters/warehouse for system or data-related tasks

· General computer and administrative support for retail store teams

Requirements
