Compensation Range: $200,000 - $250,000 (annualized USD)

Senior Software Developer, where you will independently design and deliver advanced software solutions supporting operations. You will develop robust software capabilities, architect data and workflow solutions, prototype emerging technologies, and conduct performance and security evaluations of complex systems.
This role requires strong expertise in software engineering, system evaluation, documentation, and agile development practices. You will collaborate with developers, researchers, designers, and technical leads while building computing resources, supporting development infrastructure, and engaging with Government partners to understand mission needs and deliver innovative solutions.
As a senior technical contributor, you will enhance the customers' mission by participating in design sessions, developing unique capabilities, and sharing expertise across various organizations. You will continuously provide professional software development services in support of mission-critical systems.
Responsibilities: - Evaluate and recommend software development platforms, architectures, and hardware requirements for development, testing, QA, and production environments.
- Conduct applied research on emerging computer technologies and integrate advances into mission capabilities.
- Develop and maintain software development architectures, guidelines, coding standards, and documentation; conduct training and code reviews.
- Write, compile, debug, test, deploy, document, and implement COTS/GOTS and custom-developed programs.
- Perform daily hands-on programming using C, C++, Python, JavaScript, and other established languages.
- Serve as part of a development team responsible for implementing and maintaining diverse applications; modify existing applications and resolve technical issues.
- Design and develop database tables, stored procedures, and related database programming components.
- Translate system requirements into application prototypes and convert technical specifications into programming tasks.
- Provide input regarding application and server configurations to ensure information security and assurance compliance for mission requirements.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate building, testing, and deploying code, enabling rapid updates to production systems.
Skills Requirements: - Five (5) years of intensive software development experience in modern programming languages.
- Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, parallel and network programming, and mobile/interface development.
- Familiarity with end-to-end software development in iOS, Android, Linux, Windows, MacOS, Unix, and Web environments.
- Experience using software development tools, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding and application of Agile methodologies and participation in design and development team sessions.
- Experience working on collaborative software development teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate and test multiple solutions.
- Contributions to open-source development projects are a plus.
Education & Experience Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering from an accredited university/college with eight (8) years of experience.
OR Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field with five (5) years of experience.
Candidates must have recent experience serving as a subject matter expert on a major program or project, with direct experience supporting software development at the user and kernel level, programming, and/or digital forensics.
Compensation & Employment Policy: Salary at Intezra is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
