Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

Supports data analysis and reporting for the Firm
Provide support to the Operations and Compliance team on various data related projects
Provide technical support to internal team for troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Maintenance, administration and upkeep of information in various technology platforms both from a Compliance and Operations standpoint
Basic troubleshooting and access assistance for internal team and affiliates for Firm technology portals
Maintenance and upkeep of the phone system technology
Acts as liaison to the outsourced IT team for structural and escalated technical issues
Monitoring of internal hardware and software inventory
Monitoring of cybersecurity programs and systems
Improve or enhance current technology platforms

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data maintenance / IT.

Experience Requirements

3 years or more IT or systems management experience
Experience or knowledge related to cyber security is preferred
CompTIA A+ Certification preferred

Technical Skills

Proficient knowledge of the full Microsoft Office Suite
Experience supporting Microsoft 365
Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues

Highly detail oriented
Excellent problem-solving skills and the desire to find solutions
Strong organization and communication skills
Ability to self-manage, prioritize and organize
Able to communicate well in person, over the phone, and through email
