Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

Supports data analysis and reporting for the Firm
Provide support to the Operations and Compliance team on various data related projects
Provide technical support to internal team for troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Maintenance, administration and upkeep of information in various technology platforms both from a Compliance and Operations standpoint
Basic troubleshooting and access assistance for internal team and affiliates for Firm technology portals
Maintenance and upkeep of the phone system technology
Acts as liaison to the outsourced IT team for structural and escalated technical issues
Monitoring of internal hardware and software inventory
Monitoring of cybersecurity programs and systems
Improve or enhance current technology platforms
