The Project Manager III is responsible for managing complex, large-scale projects from initiation through completion. This role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of project execution to ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities Will Be: - Develop project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Allocate resources and manage budgets effectively.
- Liaise between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, risks, and changes clearly and regularly.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
- Facilitate project meetings and maintain documentation (agendas, notes, reports).
- Prepare project summaries, status reports, and budget updates.
- Review and recommend proposals and bids
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate work of project staff; may assign duties and responsibilities.
- Facilitate project meetings and maintain alignment with goals.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience: 4-7+ years of project management experience; proven track record with large, complex projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines
Licensing or Certifications: - PMP or equivalent preferred.
Travel Requirements:
- Occasional travel may be required, as necessary; must have ability to travel across borders around 25%
