Job Description & Skillset:
Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
¿ At least 6 to 8 years of SAP CRM Service consulting experience
¿ Team member for at least ONE full life cycle SAP PM/CS or SD and ONE CRM Service Implementation
¿ Support Lead for SAP CRM Service. Address and resolve help desk tickets in a timely and efficient manner, providing hands on user support as needed
¿ Heavy hands on experience with various CRM application areas such as: Installed Base, Service Contract/Service order Management/Warranty Management/Case management/Interaction Center & RPA /Field Application (Mobile)/ Analytics
¿ Knowledge of ASAP methodology/SOLMAN & Exposure/knowledge to SAP's Best Practices
¿ Interpersonal skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation/ leadership skills (oral and written)
¿ Ability to work independently, guide clients, understand business processes and work cohesively with project / support team members.
¿ Design, implement and configure minor to major functionalities in SAP CRM Service
¿ Willingness to work both in production support and change requests / implementations as needed
¿ CRM Middleware knowledge /exposure is added plus.
¿ Work with CRM, Supply Chain and Finance data owners to fix data issues or to re assign responsibilities
Expertise:
¿ Hands on experience on latest releases: CRM 7.0
¿ Extensive previous CRM Service configuration experience
¿ Previous implementation experience with semi conductor industries is a BIG PLUS
¿ Prior Big 5 consulting experience
¿ Certifications in SAP CRM Service
