1. Pizza Chef
•Must have experience with Italian-style pizza and wood-fire oven cooking.
•Knowledge of dough preparation, hydration, and baking times
2.Line cook/ Cook
•Experience in a restaurant kitchen
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
