Duties:
• Develop comprehensive product requirements, design schematics, and technical specifications for applications supporting Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) solutions.
• Identify product engineering opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
• Act as a subject matter expert to support sales teams with complex requirements gathering, system configuration, and solution demonstrations.
• Enable and assist sales management and representatives by providing technical expertise and guidance during client engagements.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer programs to empower new and existing sales representatives with in-depth product understanding and customer-focused value insights.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to enhance product offerings based on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
• Develop and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept solutions to potential and existing clients.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, ensuring seamless product implementation and adoption.
• Analyze client needs and recommend tailored solutions that align with business objectives and industry regulations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and sales collateral to support internal teams and customers.
• Work closely with customer success teams to track product performance, gather user feedback, and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to drive product innovation and competitive differentiation.
• Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and customer inquiries by crafting detailed solution proposals.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature enhancements.
• Support post-sales activities by troubleshooting technical issues, gathering customer feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Travel Requirements:
The position requires domestic and international travel to unanticipated client and partner locations. Because ComplianceQuest Inc. provides services to clients globally, the Product Solution Consultant may be required to travel to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. and abroad to perform the duties described above. Travel is estimated to be less than 90 days per year.
Education: Highschool Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 36 months of experience in the job offered, as an Enterprise Product Manager, or closely related occupation. Experience to include 24 months of experience with:
1. Defining, developing, installing, and administering solution demonstrations to effectively showcase product value, including complex requirements gathering, system configuration, and demonstrating both established and prototype applications.
2. Providing market intelligence, prioritizing projects, and recommending improvements in functionality and product positioning.
3. Analyzing technical needs, requirements, and the state of customers' technical environments and operations.
4. Preparing requests for quotes/information (RFQs/RFIs), bids, proposals, and statements of work.
Hours: Number of hours per week: 40 hours per week
Work Schedule: Mon to Fri 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST
