Part-Time Bookkeeper / Office Assistant

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper/Office Assistant to support our accounting team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, is organized, and values accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
• Basic bookkeeping and data entry
• Reconciling bank and credit card accounts
• Assisting with client records and document management
• Processing invoices and payments
• Answering phones and assisting with client communications
• General office duties and administrative support
Qualifications:
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Prior bookkeeping or office experience preferred
Schedule:
• Part-time, flexible hours (approximately 20–25 hours per week)
• In-office position
