Position: Pick/Pack Associate
Location: Clearwater, FL
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $15/hr
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in a medical equipment facility. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates who are dependable, accurate, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Fill orders accurately and efficiently
Quota: 7 to 8 pallets a day
Perform bin transfers and maintain inventory organization
Pick and pack using CTR; maintain a pace of approximately one pallet per hour
Count materials and complete required logs
Organize, stock, sort, and palletize products
Multitask effectively to meet daily operational goals
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer literacy/computer skills required
Ability to stand at the workstation for extended periods
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Background check and drug screen required
Forklift experience preferred
Must be able to read/write English
