Our client is a nationally recognized, not-for-profit health system dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across Georgia. Based out of Atlanta they are looking to hire a WOW Cart Specialist on a Contract basis.
Contract Duration: 1 year contract (Potential for extension or conversion)
Required Skills & Experience
•Experience with hardware repair, IT support, or biomedical equipment maintenance preferred.
•Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
•Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues.
•Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently across large physical environments.
•Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset.
Daily Responsibilities
•Perform routine maintenance on WOW carts, including locating units, lubricating mechanical components, and cleaning or organizing cabling.
•Diagnose and replace faulty or legacy hardware components, completing RMA processes when needed.
•Conduct onsite repairs to minimize downtime and ensure continuous clinical operations.
•Maintain accurate and timely updates in ServiceNow (SNOW), including work orders, part replacements, and cart status.
•Track and manage inventory of replacement parts, tools, and consumables.
•Collaborate with clinical staff to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption to patient care.
•Identify recurring issues or failure patterns and recommend improvements to cart hardware or maintenance processes.
