Cutting-edge live streaming software company with a global presence seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and maintain our IT systems. This role involves supporting end users, managing user accounts, and ensuring secure and reliable access to company resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Set up and onboard new employees (accounts, devices, access, and security policies)
- Configure and support nPoint devices and other endpoint hardware
- Assist with basic AWS administration and cloud resource support
- Follow and enforce IT security best practices, including access control and data protection
Qualifications:
- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong understanding of IT security principles
- Hands-on experience setting up and supporting end-user devices
- Familiarity with AWS environments
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
