Our client is looking for a highly motivated IT Associate to join the firm's IT team in the Manhattan office. In this role you will be responsible for:
- Manage end-user accounts (e.g., Microsoft, Zoom, Adobe, etc.) and any account administration needs
- Provide in-person and remote (via TeamViewer or similar tool) end-user support, ranging from physical workstation setup/troubleshooting to remote helpdesk support
- Assist with the IT needs of employee onboarding and offboarding
- Email security gateway monitoring and intervention and broader email policy management
- Low-code/No-code development/workflow management
- Assist in reorganizing IT operations to streamline workflows and uplift current IT management procedures
- Assist with inventory management for devices and equipment, including procurement and budget tracking for new items, e.g. deployment planning
- Coordinate support needs and work with local IT vendors at other sites to resolve issues and deliver new implementations
- Ensure systems and network devices are fully patched and respond to security vulnerabilities as they are released
- Respond to and remediate network issues and support external resources for more nuanced networking initiatives
- Willingness to work after hours/weekends to support users/projects in other time zones, when needed
