A property management firm is seeking an experienced Administrative
Property Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily properties from its Brooklyn office. This role involves managing administrative processes, supervising a small team, and ensuring efficient communication between on-site property staff and ownership.
Responsibilities Include:- Overseeing daily operations and administrative workflows for multiple properties
- Supervising and mentoring a team of three administrative staff
- Coordinating between property staff, ownership, and office teams
- Reviewing and authorizing expenses, credits, and vendor invoices
- Monitoring occupancy, maintenance performance, and property budgets
- Visiting out-of-state properties monthly or as needed
Ideal Qualifications:- Prior experience in property or real estate operations required
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage projects across multiple properties
- Familiarity with leasing, maintenance oversight, and financial tracking
- Professional demeanor with the ability to work independently
Salary: $70k - $100k/Year
