About the position

Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain office and operational inventory across the organization
Monitor stock levels, identify gaps, and coordinate timely replenishment
Keep inventory systems organized and up to date
Serve as the primary point person for all on-the-ground operational needs
Ensure day-to-day office functions run smoothly, efficiently, and professionally
Coordinate with internal teams to support operational workflows and keep things moving

Requirements
