About the Role
Are you ready to step up and make a difference for our clients? As our IT Support Specialist, you’ll assist with ongoing IT projects and provide all levels of technical support for Mac, Chromebook, and PC environments. You’ll work directly with clients—remotely and desk side—training users, resolving issues, and ensuring their systems run smoothly. You’ll be part of a team that values humility, drive, and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and direct operations for ongoing IT projects
- Provide technical support for computers, peripherals, and associated equipment
- Assist clients both remote and desk side
- Train end-users on hardware and software
- Resolve logged errors promptly
- Monitor hardware, software, and system performance
- Update software and upgrade hardware/systems
- Maintain databases and ensure system security
- Document IT procedures, policies, and projects
- Monitor and report on project status/issues, escalating as needed
- Consult with clients and other teams
- Ensure adherence to IT security policies and assist in implementing security measures
Location: Port Jefferson, NY (Hybrid: 3–4 days onsite at NYC client sites, 1–2 days at our office/WFH)
Salary Range: $65,000–$75,000 (NYC)
