Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Intern. The role is based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, but some work from home is acceptable. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with network administration, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing customer service. The intern will also support the IT team in various projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Network Administration and Information Technology
- Skills in Troubleshooting and Network Security
- Experience in Customer Service
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
