Najmee, A well-established Cloud and IT Services Provider in Carlstadt New Jersey is looking to add an ONSITE senior IT Support Specialist (level 2) to their team. This is an onsite role, Monday through Friday.
Najmee supports a wide range of clients in industries such as Healthcare, local government, law enforcement to construction organizations—giving technicians exposure to diverse environments and real-world infrastructure challenges.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide desktop and end-user support for Windows and macOS environments
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues
- Support Windows Server environments, including Active Directory administration
- Troubleshoot networking issues involving LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless, DNS, and DHCP
- Assist with configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments
- Manage and resolve support tickets using ticketing systems aligned to ITSM and ITIL frameworks.
- Maintain accurate documentation and client environments
- Provide onsite client support when needed

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to quickly learn new systems and processes. Success in this role requires adherence to established procedures, disciplined documentation practices, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- 2–3+ years of IT support experience
- MSP experience required
- Working knowledge of Azure cloud services and Intune device management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration
- Experience supporting Windows Server environments and Active Directory
- Experience supporting virtualization environments Hyper-V, VMware, Azure VMs
- Understanding of DNS, DHCP, VPN, and networking fundamentals
- Understanding IP Telephony (VoIP) phone systems and IP phone endpoints
- Experience with an RMM tool (NinjaOne or similar)
- Strong troubleshooting, organization, and documentation skills
- Understanding of incident management and be able to perform root cause analysis
