Company Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical troubleshooting skills and deep experience managing Microsoft 365 environments while providing high-quality end-user support.
Experience Required
Minimum 7+ years of hands-on IT support experience
Key Responsibilities
• Provide Tier 1–2 helpdesk support for users across hardware, software, and network issues
• Administer and manage Microsoft 365 / Office 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID/Azure AD)
• Manage user accounts, permissions, licensing, and security policies
• Support Windows workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot email, authentication, and collaboration platform issues
• Work with ticketing systems and IT management tools
• Assist with endpoint management, patching, and device compliance
• Maintain documentation and support IT operations
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience with Active Directory / Entra ID
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP)
• Experience with common IT support tools, RMM platforms, and ticketing systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Preferred
• PowerShell scripting experience preferred
• Microsoft or CompTIA certifications a plus
• Experience in cloud environments Dallas / Ft Worth area to join our team.
