Experience: 8+ years
Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and enhance Mainframe applications to support evolving business needs.
- Modify existing COBOL programs to implement new business logic and develop new programs for data validation and processing.
- Work extensively with DB2 , including creating programs for data validation, retrieval, and integration with existing tables.
- Create and manage VSAM files to store and process data as per project requirements.
- Utilize CHANGEMAN for version control, ensuring proper configuration management and deployment practices.
- Collaborate in an Agile environment , participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and continuous delivery practices.
Required Skills & Expertise: - Strong proficiency in COBOL, DB2, VSAM, and JCL .
- Hands-on experience with CHANGEMAN or similar version control tools.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies with proven ability to deliver in iterative cycles.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in distributed team environments
