The Role: Phone Setter (Outbound Appointment Setter)We're looking for
driven, high-energy phone setters to join our sales team. You'll be the bridge between
inbound opt-in leads (from paid ads + CRM) and our closers.
Your mission:
- Call and qualify warm leads already in our CRM (mix of new & old)
- Book high-quality appointments for our closers
- Follow up via phone, SMS, and email to nurture prospects until they're ready to show
- Keep CRM (GoHighLevel) clean and organized
- Hit weekly/monthly targets and directly fuel company revenue
Transparency (Read This First)We're not going to BS you:
- We're revamping our appointment setting process right now
- You'll work with a mixed bag of leads (new + old)
- Most leads are warm opt-ins from paid advertising - but not all will be perfect
- Close rate currently sits around 15% - part of why we want setters to nurture and improve show quality
Income Potential (Real OTE Breakdown)We don't just dangle "six-figures" - here's the math:
- OTE = $10K/month ($120K/year)
- Base salary + commission
- Commissions for:
- Qualified calls booked
- Showed appointments
- Sales closed by our closers
- Sales you close yourself (with training/support)
Example Path to $10K/month: - ~200 dials/day → ~29 pick-ups/day → ~7 good convos/day → ~4 sets/day → ~2.5 shows/day → ~0.5 sales/day
- = 9 sales/month = ~$8,500 commissions + $1,500 base = $10K

Who You Are - 1+ years of appointment setting
- Strong phone presence + written communication
- Self-motivated, high-energy, and results-driven
- Comfortable with CRMs and tracking KPIs (GoHighLevel experience a plus)
