We are a well-established boutique small company with a fantastic culture, looking for our next IT Specialist. This is an full-time on-site position, but may possibly transition to hybrid at some point. Our culture is very healthy, our work-life balance in tune, and have amazing benefits.
We are a Microsoft shop across the board, have less than 20 users to support, and are not in the software industry. We do, however, have our own in-house built software that is the backbone of the operations here.
Under the direction of the CTO, you will be responsible primarily for keeping the ship afloat; basic IT support for our users and maintenance of our domain, email, corporate infrastructure, our in-house built software, and the like. We would also like this person to take on an active role in our Azure environment where we host our websites, apps, and products. You'd also take on some basic facilities management in our office.
Minimum requirements include experience in all things Microsoft from a company/corporate perspective; AD, O365, Exchange, Networking, Security, and more. A few years experience in this environment would be best.
Azure experience is a bonus, but if you don't already have it that is fine as long as you have an interest and temperament to take on those responsibilities going forward.
Although technical experience is important, even more important will be your attitude, drive, and fit in our family atmosphere. There will unlikely be any huge career advancement opportunities here (although there are some ai projects I have in mind), so this opportunity would be best suited to either someone new in their career that would learn and grow a solid foundation from being here, or a late-career professional that has "done it all" and just wants a healthy and fun company to work in that strongly supports a good work/life balance.
