We're looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Project Manager to become the first team member of our new Dallas office. This is a rare opportunity to not only lead exciting architectural projects but also play a pivotal role in building out a new regional presence from the ground up. You'll collaborate closely with leadership, manage client relationships, oversee project delivery, and help shape the culture and growth of the Dallas team.
Qualifications:- 10+ years of experience managing commercial, industrial, retail, restaurant or tenant projects
- Architect license is not required but is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to bring in new business is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset and excitement about building something new
- Revit(preferred) or AutoCAD
Responsibilities:- Lead architectural projects from concept through completion
- Manage client communications, budgets, schedules, and teams
