Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am - 4pm | Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends
Job Description:The Assistant Maintenance Coordinator plays a hands-on role in maintaining the estate's overall function, appearance, and efficiency. Working closely with the Estate Manager, this individual will ensure seamless day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on maintenance and repairs
Primary responsibilities include:- Ensure all properties remain in guest-ready condition at all times.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all property systems, appliances, interior/exterior finishes, structures, and grounds.
- Perform hands-on general maintenance and repairs across multiple properties.
- Oversee and manage maintenance projects, landscape improvements, and on-site contractors to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of property maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
- Review all vendor, product, and service documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with protocols and standards.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, registration, detailing, repairs; coordinate related transportation and logistics.
- Communicate clearly and professionally-both in writing and verbally-with associates, vendors, and contractors to carry out all required processes.
- Conduct all duties and interactions with the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and excellence, recognizing every associate as a representative of Ownership.

- Suitable candidates must have 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management principles.
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and complete tasks autonomously.
- Highly self-sufficient, able to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Proactive and resourceful, capable of solving problems independently.
- Thrives in autonomous work environments, demonstrating strong decision-making skills.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to undergo an in-depth background check.
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Physically capable of performing maintenance coordination tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Must be local to the Bay Area.
Benefits:- Base salary - Paid bi-weekly
- Paid Time off - 120 hours with a carry-over cap of 210 hours.
