About you:You are a family law attorney with 3-7 years of experience, known not just for your legal acumen but for your ability to connect with clients on a human level. You recognize that separation, divorce, and custody matters are deeply personal, and you guide clients through these transitions with empathy, focus, and respect.
You bring calm to high-stress situations. You're comfortable navigating emotionally charged moments and understand how to keep clients grounded while advocating for their needs. You don't shy away from tough conversations, and you know how to manage them constructively.
Your background includes representing high-income and highly educated clients, often with complex assets or sensitive family dynamics. You're skilled at helping clients define their priorities and make decisions that support long-term stability and resolution.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Family Law Associate, you will:• Lead legal strategy and oversee the full client relationship
• Advise clients on a range of matters, including divorce, prenuptial agreements, alimony, and child support
• Manage cases thoughtfully and thoroughly from initial consultation through final resolution
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date client records and documentation
QualificationsWhat You Bring:• A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience practicing family or matrimonial law
• Admission to the New York Bar (Connecticut Bar admission is a bonus)
• Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal
• Comfort and competence in negotiation, litigation preparation, and client advisement
• Background or formal training in mediation is highly valued
