Job DescriptionQualifications:- Minimum 1-2 year's experience in Wholesale Lending experience
- Active Broker Connections
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service focused
- Detail oriented
- Ability to thrive in a production driven environment
- Be a team player
- Computer/Technology savvy
Duties:- Cold calling potential clients 30-50 calls per day
- Tracking contacts in the company's CRM
- Build relationships with current and new mortgage brokers
- Maintains sales contact, pipeline and other pertinent sales activity reports
- Trains brokers on HomeXpress Mortgage Corp's products and policies & procedures to ensure all loan files are complete and within guidelines
- Adds value by working directly with brokers and loan officers on marketing programs
- Stay abreast of underwriting guideline and program changes
- Pre-underwriting/pre-qualifying loan files
- Provide on-going service and support to brokers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
