mid or senior-level Associate Attorney to join its nationally-recognized
Capital Markets Practice Group in
New York. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside some of the most respected practitioners in the market, advising clients on high-value structured finance transactions.
Candidate Profile- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Active Bar Admission in New York, in good standing.
- 2-5 years of substantive experience in structured finance, with a focus on purchase and sale transactions, servicing agreements, and financings.
- Familiarity with the structuring, negotiation, and execution of sophisticated financing transactions.
- Experience representing purchasers, sellers, servicers, creditors and borrowers is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong drafting and organizational skills, excellent business acumen, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Advise banks, finance companies, private equity funds, hedge funds, public companies and private companies in structured finance transactions.
- Draft and negotiate transactional documents, including purchase and sale, servicing, and financing agreements.
- Coordinate and manage deal execution in collaboration with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice regarding regulatory developments and market trends in the structured finance space.
- Support senior attorneys and partners on high-value, complex finance matters.

Compensation & Benefits- Competitive Salary: Base salary range of $235,000-$365,000, commensurate with experience.
