Responsibilities

Build and manage a book of business through referrals, networking, and community outreach
Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend appropriate solutions
Assist clients with life insurance, retirement planning, and income strategies
Review existing policies and identify opportunities for improvement
Maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and service
Collaborate with experienced advisors on case design and client strategies
Ensure all activities meet state insurance and compliance standards

Qualifications

Licensed Life Insurance Agent (preferred) or willingness to obtain quickly
Sales, customer service, or financial services experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
Bilingual or multilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Licenses (Preferred, Not Required)

Life & Health Insurance License (Required)
Securities licenses (Series 6, 7, 63, 65) (Plus)
