Responsibilities
- Build and manage a book of business through referrals, networking, and community outreach
- Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend appropriate solutions
- Assist clients with life insurance, retirement planning, and income strategies
- Review existing policies and identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and service
- Collaborate with experienced advisors on case design and client strategies
- Ensure all activities meet state insurance and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Licensed Life Insurance Agent (preferred) or willingness to obtain quickly
- Sales, customer service, or financial services experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Licenses (Preferred, Not Required)
- Life & Health Insurance License (Required)
- Securities licenses (Series 6, 7, 63, 65) (Plus)
