We're a growing commercial cleaning and facility services company in North Orange County, and we're looking for a dependable Route Cleaning Technician to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, facility maintenance, floor care, route service, or another hands-on service industry.
What You'll Do
You'll have an assigned route and visit multiple businesses throughout your workday. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing our specialized cleaning and sanitizing services
- Performing commercial facility cleaning
- Maintaining and taking care of equipment
- Collecting payments when required
- Safely driving between customer locations
- Developing good relationships with customers
- Taking care of other tasks needed to provide great customer service
The work is varied—you won't be doing exactly the same thing at every location.

What We're Looking For
-You don't have to come from the exact same industry. If you've worked in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, facility maintenance, route service, hospitality, or another hands-on service position, we encourage you to apply.

Schedule
This is a route-based position, not shifts, so flexibility is important. Approximately 15-20 hours/week.
Our customer locations have different service times including early morning, late afternoon, and weekends. NO OVERNIGHT/GRAVEYARD.
You must be comfortable working a varied schedule.
Driving Requirements
-A valid driver's license and clean driving record are mandatory.
-A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) will be reviewed before a job offer is made.
-You must also have a smartphone for our route-management and timekeeping systems.
Physical Requirements
-This is an active, hands-on position.
You should be comfortable:
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Bending, reaching, and working in different positions
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds regularly
- Working independently at customer locations
- Managing your time
