Nora's Empanada Factory is looking for a friendly, dependable team member to join our growing family-owned business.
We serve gourmet Argentinian-style empanadas, drinks, desserts, and catering trays. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, takes pride in their work, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and take orders
Handle cash and credit card transactions
Package food orders
Prepare ingredients and fillings
Assemble empanadas
Bake empanadas according to company standards
Maintain food quality and consistency
Restock inventory and keep displays organized
Wash dishes and assist with general cleaning
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
Assist with opening and closing duties
Upsell drinks, desserts, and frozen empanadas
Requirements
Reliable transportation
Dependable and punctual
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Available evenings and weekends
Food service, kitchen, bakery, or prep experience preferred but not required
