Immediate opening for Literacy Specialist/Tutor for children and adults with reading/writing/math challenges. BA or BS and experience with children are required. Literacy Specialist must have excellent speaking and writing skills and be available for weekly training meetings on Wednesday mornings. Literacy Specialist must also be somewhat flexible with hours and be willing to work Saturdays and weekday evenings until 7:30 pm. Literacy Specialist must make a 2 year commitment to this position.
Part-time position starts at 20-23 hours per week and will continually grow up to 35 hours a week. Salary base is $23.00 per hour and could potentially grow to $30.00 per hour. This is a professional environment where professional attire is required.
