NOW HIRING: DEMOLITION CREW LEADER / DRIVER
Pay: $25/hour + Overtime
Location: Vista, CA
Schedule: On-Call / As Needed
We are looking for an experienced, reliable, hands-on Crew Leader/Driver for residential demolition and construction cleanup projects throughout North County San Diego.
Job Responsibilities:
* Perform interior and exterior demolition
* Lead small crews of 2–4 workers when needed
* Work independently on smaller jobs
* Drive company F-350 truck with dump trailer
* Perform landfill runs and operate dump trailer
* Load, unload, and operate demolition tools
* Handle construction debris removal and jobsite cleanup
* Assist with pavers, artificial turf, and Bobcat work when needed
Requirements:
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
* Experience driving trucks with dump trailers
* Minimum 3 years of demolition or construction experience
* Ability to lead a crew AND perform physical labor
* Comfortable using demolition tools and equipment
* Dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently
* Bobcat S70, paver, or artificial turf experience is a plus
Schedule & Benefits:
This is an on-call position based on available projects. Some weeks may offer full-time hours and overtime, while other weeks may have limited work or no scheduled jobs.
Employees report to our Vista storage yard, where they pick up the company truck and equipment. All company vehicle fuel is provided.
Typical jobsite hours are 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with paid travel and work duties potentially starting around 6:00 AM and continuing until the truck and equipment are returned to the yard.
Overtime opportunities are common on longer workdays.
