N.A.C.A. (Nonprofit Alliance of Consumer Advocates) is hiring a Loss Mitigation Processor at our Costa Mesa office. We help homeowners facing hardship keep their homes through loan modifications and other loss mitigation options.
What you'll do:
- Collect and review homeowner financial documents
- Prepare and submit complete loan modification packages to lenders and servicers
- Follow up with servicers and track files through to a decision
- Keep clients updated and keep file notes accurate
What we're looking for:
- Loss mitigation, mortgage processing, or loan servicing experience (preferred)
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Clear, friendly communication by phone and email
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
