We are looking for energetic, reliable and customer-focused team members to join our fast-paced wing restaurant. We're looking for people who work well as part of a team, take pride in serving great food and can provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service, Take customer orders accurately at the register, kiosk, phone and online, Prepare and cook wings, tenders, fries and other menu items according to restaurant standards, Properly sauce, portion, package and present all orders, Handle dine-in, takeout and delivery platform orders, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, front counter, dining area and workstation, Follow all food safety, sanitation and proper food handling procedures, Restock products and supplies throughout the shift, Assist with opening and closing duties, work efficiently during busy lunch, dinner and late-night rushes, Communicate with managers and team members to ensure orders are completed quickly and accurately, Deliver a positive customer experience and help resolve customer concerns, Follow all company recipes, procedures, portioning amd quality standards.
Qualifications: Previous fast food or restaurant experience is preferred but not required, Must be dependable, punctual and have a positive attitude, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Strong communication and teamwork skills, Must maintain a clean and professional appearance, Ability to stand for extended periods and perform normal restaurant duties, Must be available for a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends when needed, Must also have their San Bernardino County food handlers card.
