- Shift 2: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
⚠ CRITICAL SCHEDULE REQUIREMENT:
Candidates must have open availability Monday through Sunday.
12-hour work days are MANDATORY when required by production schedules.
📋 ROLE OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES
Randstad is seeking dedicated Quality Assurance Technicians for a hands-on food manufacturing role. You will play an essential part in maintaining high quality standards, product safety, and regulatory compliance across active production lines.
- Inspect raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished food items.
- Complete essential daily QA reports, test documentation, and batch records accurately.
- Strictly follow and uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Adhere to all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and plant safety protocols.
- Identify deviations and report product non-conformances immediately.
✅ QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- RESUME REQUIRED – Candidates without a resume will not be considered.
- QUALITY CONTROL / QA EXPERIENCE HIGHLY PREFERRED.
- Experience in food processing, packaging, or manufacturing environments preferred.
- Spanish speaking is a plus (not required).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work mandatory overtime and 12-hour shifts as needed.
