Fair Trade Real Estate is an Irvine-based brokerage and one of Southern California’s most active home buyers. We buy 2–3 homes every day, including single-family, condos, townhomes, and small multifamily, across six counties. Our agents get daily deal flow, real transactions, and real commission checks.
The Role
You’ll work both sides of the business:
Acquisitions: Talk with homeowners and listing agents, evaluate properties, make offers, and negotiate purchases on behalf of our company
Sales: Represent our homes on resale, manage showings and offers, and close with buyers and their agents
Pipeline: Manage your deals in our CRM, follow up consistently, and move transactions from first call to close with support from our transaction coordination team
Who This Is For
Newly licensed: You represent our company on purchases, so you earn full commissions from your first months without needing your own sphere. You’ll get hands-on training and more closings in your first year than most agents see in three.
Experienced: You get consistent inventory and seller leads without the grind of prospecting from scratch, plus room to grow into a lead acquisitions or disposition role.
What We’re Looking For
Active California DRE salesperson or broker license (required; candidates finishing licensing within 30 days may apply)
Comfortable on the phone all day, including cold calls and follow-ups
Willing to work in our Irvine office 3-5days a week and travel across SoCal for property visits
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Organized and coachable, with strong follow-through
Self-motivated and comfortable with commission-based income

Aren’t comfortable negotiating directly with sellers and agents
Aren’t willing to log activity in a CRM and hit weekly activity goals
