We're looking for people who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and can clean efficiently while maintaining high standards. You should be comfortable working independently as well as with a partner or team.
💵 Pay & Schedule
Competitive, performance-based pay with experienced, efficient cleaners able to earn around $30/hour
Training pay: $21–$23/hour for the first two weeks, depending on experience and qualifications
After training, earn a percentage of completed cleaning jobs, with earnings based on efficiency, performance, and the work completed
Tips and bonus opportunities
Weekly pay
Part-time and full-time positions available
Monday–Friday, daytime hours
No nights or weekends required, although optional evening and weekend work may be available
Qualified candidates may be able to start immediately

Previous professional residential cleaning experience
Dependable, punctual, and organized
Strong attention to detail
Able to work efficiently without cutting corners
Comfortable working independently and with a partner or team
Able to follow instructions and accommodate client requests
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
Smartphone and basic English communication skills
Ability to pass a background check
