THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL CORPORATE COUNSEL POSITION.
You'll work directly with our executive leadership team, help build our internal legal function, and become a trusted partner in the growth of our business.
YOU'LL TAKE OWNERSHIP OF:
Business & Executive Partnership: Bring strong business judgment and practical legal solutions to our leadership team.
Outside Counsel: Serve as the key liaison between executive management and our existing outside attorneys.
Contracts: Draft, review, negotiate, organize, and manage commercial agreements.
Employment Matters: Work with management and HR on onboarding, offboarding, employment documentation, workplace issues, and risk prevention.
Multi-State Licensing: Coordinate state licensing, renewals, regulatory requirements, and compliance.
Corporate Affairs: Help develop policies, processes, legal systems, and operational infrastructure.
Company Culture: Bring positive energy, accountability, teamwork, and a genuine desire to make the organization better.
WHO ARE YOU?
You're a California attorney in good standing, preferably with 3+ years of relevant experience.
You understand contracts, business operations, employment matters, and the importance of regulatory compliance.
You communicate well with executives, employees, and outside counsel.
You're resourceful, organized, commercially minded, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves.
Prior in-house experience is welcome, but not required.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, YOU'RE A BUILDER.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
$140,000–$160,000 ANNUAL BASE SALARY
Full-time, W-2 position.
On-site in Santa Ana, California.
Direct access to executive leadership.
