Pay: $19–$22 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Location: South County, San Diego
What you’ll do:
- Keep common areas, walkways, stairways, and grounds clean.
- Pick up litter, empty trash receptacles, and maintain trash areas.
- Help clean vacant apartments and prepare them for new residents.
- Report maintenance needs and safety concerns to the team.
- Assist with other cleaning and property upkeep tasks as needed.

- Ability to stay active and work both indoors and outdoors.
- A respectful, professional approach with residents and coworkers.
- Previous porter, janitorial, or housekeeping experience is a plus.
