Seasats builds unmanned surface vessels (USVs) that operate at sea for months at a time. As we continue to grow production, we're looking for a skilled Cable Harness Assembly Technician to join our production team.
In this hands-on role, you'll install, route, and secure electrical cabling across our boats. Most cable assemblies arrive pre-built, so your focus will be on ensuring every cable and connector is correctly installed, labeled, and ready to withstand months of operation at sea.

- Route, secure, and organize cables, including strain relief and chafe protection
- Read wiring diagrams and verify cable connections against schematics
- Label cables and connectors and maintain accurate documentation
- Wire and terminate solar panel connections
- Apply sealing and waterproofing to protect electrical connections
- Inspect completed installations and troubleshoot or replace damaged cables
- Work alongside our mechanical and electrical assembly teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience with cable installation, electrical assembly, or wire harness work
- Experience routing cables and installing different types of connectors
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical drawings
- Familiarity with gaskets, sealing, or other environmental protection methods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to clean, organized work
- Ability to perform precise, repetitive assembly tasks consistently
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
**Experience with soldering, crimping, or marine, aerospace, or defense manufacturing is a plus, but not required.
