We are seeking an experienced Director of Capital Markets to work directly with senior management in developing relationships with accredited investors, family offices, and other qualified capital sources.
This is not a traditional cold-calling role. We provide warm, qualified investor leads, and candidates with an existing investor network or book of relationships are especially attractive.
What You’ll Do
• Engage and follow up with accredited investors and qualified prospects
• Present the SC investment opportunity clearly and professionally
• Build relationships with family offices, private investors, and high-net-worth individuals
• Work directly with management on investor outreach and capital formation
• Help convert interested prospects into committed investors
• Represent a live enterprise AI platform already onboarding customers
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in capital markets, private placements, investor relations, investment banking, wealth management, or high-value financial sales
• Strong ability to build trust and communicate with sophisticated investors
• Excellent phone and presentation skills
• Existing accredited investor or family-office relationships are a major plus
• Interest in AI, enterprise software, and emerging technology
• Self-directed, professional, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment
